The Central Mid-South team is locally owned by Will Tashie, who runs it with his cousin and partner Trace Cisneros from our office on Shelby Oaks Drive in Memphis. From brick ranches in Bartlett to two-story homes in Collierville and commercial roofs in Memphis, no two weeks look the same.

Openings 01Gutter Installer
The hands-on side. You form, hang and fix the gutters that keep homes across the Mid-South dry. We hire at three levels.

The problem-solving side. You meet homeowners, builders and property managers, figure out what the property actually needs and give a straight quote.

The organized side. You keep the schedule, the phones and the customer follow-up running from our Memphis office.

Set the pitch for spring downpours, then seal, guard and flush every downspout.

Openings 01 · Gutter Installer
Start entry level, grow into a trade
Our installers are the reason a home stays dry through a Memphis spring storm. We form seamless gutters on site from a coil on the truck, cut every run to the exact length of the roofline and hang it so the water goes where it should. The same crews handle repairs, cleanings, BroGuard micro-mesh guards, fascia and drainage.
We hire at three levels. Entry Level Gutter Installer is for people who want to learn a trade and are willing to work hard, and we train you from day one. Gutter Installer is for people with some time on a crew. Experienced Gutter Installer is for people with at least 2 years of skilled gutter or exterior construction experience who want a clear path to the next raise.

Openings 02 · Sales
Solutionists, not salespeople
We do not call the person who visits a home a salesman. We call them a Solutionist, because that is the job: walk the roofline, figure out what the house actually needs, explain it in plain language and give the homeowner a straight written quote. Some days that means a full seamless installation. Some days it means telling someone their gutters just need two hangers and a cleaning.
We have two sales openings. Sales Representative runs free estimates with homeowners who asked for one. Sales Professional and Business Development does that and also builds relationships with builders, property managers and other partners across the Mid-South.

Opening 03 · Administrative Assistant
The person who keeps it all moving
Every estimate, install and cleaning starts with a phone call and a spot on the schedule. Our Administrative Assistant keeps the calendar, answers customers, follows up after jobs and keeps the crews and Solutionists on track from our office on Shelby Oaks Drive in Memphis.
If you are organized, good on the phone and like being the person everyone counts on, this is the seat for you.

No. Our Entry Level Gutter Installer opening is for people who want to learn the trade, and we train you. Experienced installers and people with construction, home services or field sales backgrounds are welcome too.
On homes and buildings across the Mid-South: Memphis, Bartlett, Germantown, Collierville, Cordova, Lakeland, Arlington and Millington, plus Tipton and Fayette counties and Olive Branch and Southaven. The team works out of our office on Shelby Oaks Drive in Memphis.
Each posting lists its own pay. As posted: Entry Level Gutter Installer $17 to $20 an hour, Gutter Installer $22 to $30 an hour, Experienced Gutter Installer $20 to $30 an hour, Administrative Assistant $16 to $18 an hour, and Sales Professional and Business Development $500 a week plus a performance bonus.
